Our criterion for selecting Partner Schools is provided below:
i. A prospective Partner School for the IUFP would be expected to have had prior experience of teaching the GCE A levels course or similar courses with equivalent status.
ii. A prospective Partner School must have basic teaching and classroom facilities as part of its infrastructure, which must be conducive for delivering good quality teaching support for the IUFP course.
iii. A prospective Partner School should have qualified teaching staff in place to teach the IUFP Curriculum. CVs of Teachers may be requested.
iv. A prospective Partner School must have the mechanism in place to manage and secure the integrity of IUFP examinations e.g. adequate facilities for invigilation, which includes Examination Rooms equipped with CCTV plus a Secure Safe for examination materials.
v. A prospective Partner School must demonstrate readiness to commit financial resources
towards the marketing and promotion of the IUFP brand once Approved Centre Status
is granted.
Information required as part of the Application process
As part of the application process to become an approved IUFP Partner School, the following information about the prospective Partner School must be provided for the consideration of the IUFP Global Education UK Team.
i. Full name of the prospective Partner School.
ii. Address of the prospective Partner School.
iii. Brief information about the prospective Partner School, including experience of delivering level 3 courses e.g. UK GCE ‘A’ levels or equivalent courses.
iv. Name of the Principal/Head of the prospective Partner School.
v. Name of a designated Person that will lead the delivery of teaching and learning for the IUFP at the prospective Partner School e.g. Programme Leader or Course Director for the IUFP.
vi. Details of the Teaching team that will deliver the IUFP at the prospective Partner Schools (if available).
vii. Likely number of students the prospective Partner School can enrol per year.
viii. Any other information the prospective Partner School consider relevant.
